What’s the best CPM Banner advertiser for proxy websites?

Adbrite is really slow and low… I high dislike them because of that. My last website basically failed… and I’m turning to proxies as my new website venture… this time I’m gonna research everything first and not do everything as I go…
So, what’s a good CPM Banner advertiser that has a nice fill rate, nice price per thousand visitors and accepts proxies?
