what’s going on with Adbrite?

I had create a new zone last night ,it show me:
"Gathering data…
Please allow up to 3 hours for this zone to activate. Contact customer service with any questions."
Now it had been over 10 hours,but still haven’t activate.I had create zone many times,but this time just the first time with this problem.
Is it the problem of adbrite?Have anyone also over 10 hours but still haven’t activate your zone last night?or someone can help me to test,just create a new zone now and told me the answer 3 hour later.
