Anyone heard of Teracent?

I received an email yesterday from an advertising agency called "Teracent". They said they were interested in running ads on my blog and asked what my rates were. I took a look at their site at: http://www.teracent.com/ and it says "beta". In their email it says they pay by the click or shared profit.
Anyone have any dealings with this company?
