Pay-Ads and virus alert…

hello,
from few days my visitors has been email me that my site have virus because there antivirus keep alerting them and close my site… but when i check i dont get any virus alert error… but when i remove the pay-ads code from my main page, the problem is gone… so can someone tell me if they face the same problem with pay-ads ads…:confused:
