Any thing similar to adengage?

I am currently using adengage as my main cpc. I am looking for some alternatives to adengage but I can’t find any suitable ones. I need a company which allows me to use my own pictures for the ads. Etology and exoclicks only allow their own network picture unlike adengage which allows you to have your own pics. Can any one advice?
