How to get maximum clicks within the budget & decrease CPC of expensive keywords.

hi,
I am running a adwords campaign with very low budget per day. In a day i got 5-10 clicks & i reach the daily budget limit. The keywords which i selected are very expensive, used in all matches. I cant go beyond the budget. Can any one pls. tell me how to increase the clicks within the budget OR how to decrease the CPC of keywords.
The quality score is great and my ad position is betn 2-5.
Daily budget is $50.
