Some questions about Kontera

I’m the webmaster of Elisha-fans [dot] com
there are some questions I need to ask about Kontera.
I don’t get lots of visit in my homepage (800 visits a day) but I have a gallery with a lots page views a day (7000-10000).
– Is Kontera suitable for me (fansites)?
– do they accept fansites?
– For some reasons I have to use VPN to connect to internet, would it be ok if I use VPN to login to my Kontera account? (adsense terminated my account because of that)
– do they send checks to Germany?
– I use Adbrite, is it ok to Kontera?
– can I put Kontera in my gallery? (around 100 words in pages)
one more question
I wanted to apply to become a publisher but it asks me for initials. what does that mean?
