can you recommend success for CPA

more specifically, Peerfly.
I don’t have an email list, and I don’t have much to spend on PPC networks.
does it sound practical to get CPA leads from general traffic? honestly a lot of peerfly offers would be quite ‘random’ (unrelated) if they were advertised for on any of my blogs, yet Peerfly and other CPA networks are so appealing…
