Good Affiliate for a website starting up?

Hi guys,
Just have launched a news website. Just wondering what be a good affiliate to start off with.
I have two spaces, one is a really big space on each page which is a redirection. So when a user clicks on a link it redirects the user to another page but there is like a launch splash screen page in between. What would be good for this option?
