PopupTraffic – How do the statistics work?

I joined PopupTraffic 2 days ago and the statistics say I’ve made ¢55.2475. What the hell does that symbol (¢) means? Dollars? It’s not the euro symbol (€) or dollar ($) symbol. How do the statistics work?
