shopping ads..will they pay??..

I have crossed over $50 in shopping ads for the month of october..They said they would pay on Nov1…still awaiting payment..Anyone here using shopping ads too??..How do they pay for auctionads..is it bang on the ifrst of each month..Does verified paypal charge 3.4% for payment on them or are they sent out via mass payment??..Plz help..!!:)
