How is CLICKSOR from an advertiser’s point of view?

I am looking to drive traffic to my website through CPC networks. I just want to know from anybody who has already tried Clicksor? How is it from an advertiser’s point of view? Do you get targeted clicks on your ads? In general, do the clicks convert well?
