Kontera? How to get paid?

Hey,
I’m just decided to use kontera at my site, but I’m in doubt..
1. can i set only certain texts to be the targeted ads?
2. Is kontera support other languages?
3. Will I get paid if people clicked on the underlined text instead of the small pop up ads of kontera?
