Going to landing page without costing the advertiser money.

Hello,
With google & yahoo I can extract the landing page URL from the ad’s URL since the landing page is in plain text at the end of the URL as a variable.
However, msn doesn’t seem to do it like that. The landing page is not in the URL. Is there any way to go to the landing page URL (not the display URL) without costing the advertiser money?
I just want to see who I’m up against but I don’t want to cost them any money).
