If you could choose your PPC what would it be?

Hello,
If you could choose how much to pay for each targeted user on a mass basis how much would it be?
I’m not looking for people saying .00 cents or .000000001 Please give your real opinions on how much you would pay for each unique 30second visitor (try comparing to your adwords).
