What’s a good CPM service besides Canep?

I am trying out AdBrite, Canep and Bidvertiser…Bivertiser sucks for proxies and Adbrite inline text shows like 1% of the time on my proxified pages so Canep is the best I’ve got so far… anyone know any other good CPM services?
