Where do I get large NL clickunder/popunder traffic please?

Hi everyone.
Im in search of large amounts of traffic from Netherlands (least 10k/day).
Alredy tried and had pretty good results with:
exoclick
edomz
popads
tried but didnt like:
http://www.adsvisual.com (too expencive)
http://www.mctraffics.com (takes toooo long)
http://www.fulltraffic.net (not satisfied with quality)
Please let me know, if there are any others around with good qualit/price/volume rate around?
