Which PPC provider is best

Unfortunately for me Google deemed that practice to be an invalid method of getting clicks and banned my site from the adsense network (which is bulls**t because there is nothing in their rules about blending ads)
So now I need a new PPC ad provider. I have already applied to YPN but haven heard anything yet and from what I’ve read I don’t expect to for a while.
Which PPC provider (besides adsense) delivers the most relevant ads? Which PPC ad providers would you guys recommend? Aside from adbrite (adbrite sux).
