Apply to VibrantMedia but no respond

Anyone here experiencing problem when joining to VibrantMedia?
Currently I am running Infolinks for contextual in-text ads and happy with them. Someone told me that VibrantMedia is better than Infolinks. I just wanna try their ad network.
My site generates 130k+ impressions with 80k+ unique visitors per month which I think it should be OK to join VibrantMedia. I applied to join VibrantMedia two times but no respond at all. Are they sleeping?
