On my site I want to sell a ppc ad to a particular advertiser. Can I do this myself?

I have a site www.FlyWranglersTV.com I want to attract an exclusive advertiser for the "fly tying" section with a call to action ( click here to buy your tying materials ) and a ppc ad. Can I do this myself? Do I need to have a service? I built the site with iweb. How can I track the clicks etc….
