Best cpm/ cpc advertising for adult site?

Hello, Ive been using blacklabel ads on my website. I kind of hate them because Some days ill gat a dollar some days ill get 2 cents. Im getting about 10k unique hits a day, and to have very similar stats from one day to another and get such varied payment is a hassle.I feel the more people I get, the less money they give me could anyone please give me some advice to either a better program or a way that I can make more money with blacklabelads? I currently have about 8 ads around the site. Thankyou very much in advance.
