Searching Worker to find good Affiliate / Pay 20 $ for Hour

I searching a Worker who know’s good affiliate (Pay per Lead, Pay per Clicks, Pay per Action). It can be also ad’s… like google adsense, but it musst be high paying.
I pay the worker 20 $ in hour. !
