Got a rejection email from kontera due to copyrighted material?

Ok I got this email from Kontera when I signed up for ContentLink:

Unfortunately, we are not able to add your site to our Network at this time. This is due to the fact that your site has copyrighted material.

I also am in google adsense.
Can someone tell me what the heck this means? I emailed them about a weerk ago and still no response..
