Any other Paydotcom affiliate fees?

I think im going to sign up with paydotcom and try out their affiliate program, but before I do i just wanted to clarify one thing if anyone with experience could answer this. I seen that for affiliates they apply a fee on every sale and deduct it from your commission automatically, is that correct? And is that the only fee they require nothing extra I actually have to manually pay to be an active affiliate? Thanks.
