Shawnee Mission student is finalist in Google doodle competition

Clayton Phillips, a sixth-grader at Briarwood Elementary in the Shawnee Mission School District, emerged as a finalist in the Doodle 4 Google design competition from among 107,000 entrants.The competition asked young artists to design an image that could be featured on the Google homepage.
