Need help regarding adbrite

Hi i have studied the forum in quite detail but didnt got the answers of my questions so plz help me out i am a newbie
when i open my account on adbrite and open any zone ad statistics then most of the adds i mean more then 50 % of them have 0.000 eCPM and i am getting clicks on them also..one thing which i am not clear of is this that does this mean that i will get nothing even after clicks as well..bcz the eCPM is 0.000
can any one plz guide me should i keep these kind of 0.000 adds approve or should i reject them
