Vibrant Media Taking Long To Pay

I don’t know if anyone else here have this problem with Vibrant Media. Joined their network last year and still cannot see any payments coming from them for my earnings.
Mailed them in February and they say payment would send out to me by the end of March. I mailed them and no reply from them.
I want to know if anyone ever have this issue with Vibrant Media?
