What’s the best pay, per click..

I am currently using adbrite as my only ad on my site, they currently suck and don’t pay much..
I tried to get into googles adsense and they don’t accept my site due to having x-rated topics, and yahoo doesn’t ever email me back after I fill out there app..
I am curious of some good paying places that are legit and don’t hold back on sending you a check, or sending it to your paypal..
