Where I can monetize 500k mixed US traffic. (low quality)

Hi. I need affilate program for my mixed us traffic.
I own pay per click program and have more than 500k traffic every day. It is mixed us traffic from many websites (my affilates).
It is back traffic from my PPC. This traffic is low quality and I need some affilate program for this.
I want to sent it to one URL or XML PPC feed. Maybe popups?
If I will sell 1k = 1.5-2$ it will be good. Please help me, because now I sent to google
