Can someone please explain how this happened?

This is my statistic for 1 domain that I have parked on Sedo. What does that mean, is there anything that merits that large number, and does it effect me anyhow? I just recently noticed this number and I was a little shocked, I had also received an email from the Sedo team about abnormal clicks, I was wondering if this may have sparked it. Any knowledge about this is appreciated.
