Received 100 clicks in last 8 days but have pay per sale – no sales, no $

I’ve been getting great traffic on my site and just checked the two networks I use and saw 100 clicks so far this month and no sales. I’ve never had much success with shareasale and I’m not sure what’s up with this other one.
Anyway – should I switch to google adsense for everything b/c this is so lame? Or should I be a member somewhere else? How much have I lost out on with those 100 clicks for nothing?
