Best adsense type script?

Hi everyone,
I Realy need a script like google adsense,
Max budget of 200$,(maybe a little higher)
I Have checked many scripts and searched the forums, and found people ask for a script like this before, but not many people helped, But please help me.
I Know the scripts phplemon, revsence alstrasoft affiliate network etc, But these are not what im looking for.
Im looking for scripts like the one www.exoclick.com uses (I Know Exoclick admin is on the forums here, if you can drop me a pm it will be very apreciated)
Me and 4 other people are working on Meelu.com, and thinking of setting up an Ad Network.
