Where can i get paid to get unique sign ups?

Do you know any websites that have an affiliate program which are paying $X amount per unique sign up? I only want the users to need to enter information like Name, Country, Postal code, Phone number and confirm e-mail,. Where can i get paid for generating these sign ups? I just want to be given a referral link used to get the sign ups under my account, and i also want a way to track my earnings and sign ups.
