Is hasoffers down?

I’m an affiliate for a network that uses hasoffers.
Things basically went to **** yesterday afternoon.
Of course the AM says he’ll check it, but then he disappeared. Finally, about 16 hours later, he comes back and says that its a hasoffers problem (I can buy that), and that they came back and told him that ALL of hasoffers customers were experiencing the same problem.
Can anyone tell me if they know of any hasoffers sites that aren’t working correctly? Specifically the affiliate offer link which the end user clicks on not redirecting to the offer correctly.
