Debt Collection company for Affiliate Suggestions

Good day everyone. I run a small collection agency (www.afsllp.com) in NH and I want to increase revenue. I mail out about 50 letters a month and most get opened. What I’d like to do is include an extra paper / flier / or coupon leading to a website with a coupon code (that is also a tracking id). This way the consumer can go to that website, use the coupon code, and I’ll reap the affiliate fee.
I was thinking about using a web hosting company for this procedure, but that may not be relevant to everyone opening the letter (which includes a settlement offer or professional yet casual demand letter). Something that catches the consumers eye and makes them want to go to the website.
