Looking for CPM ads that works with people who have ad blockers

Hi,
I have tried some CPM like popuptraffic, etc, but I rarely get anything, because people these days have popup blockers.
So, I’m looking for a site that pays me to display adverts (banners whatever) and I get paid for displaying or throwing visitors to a website instead of popupping. I can throw most of my visitors to another site, but popup just does not work.
Anyone knows something that could be handy for me?
