Suggestions for Anime Site?

Hey guys, I have an anime download site getting about 15k pageviews a day, 3k unique visitors/day.
I’ve always been on and still on Adsense. In the last 30 days I’ve made an average of $1.83/day off of about 10 clicks a day. My CPC is $0.17 and Page RPM $0.13. I feel like I could do better and have noticed the google ads presented for my viewers are just totally off most of the time
Any suggestions on other ad networks? I don’t want to swamp the sites with things like popup ads, redirecting pages, inline text ads (I don’t think it’d do well on my site anyways), etc. Just simple image or text ads. Right now I really just have one add across the top and a bigger on vertically down the right nav bar. Or perhaps should I be looking into affiliate programs instead of PPC?
