Should I use PPC for a site thats well ranked organically anyways ??

Hi all,
Recently have taken responsibility for a site that is well ranked for the bulk of the keywords relevant to our business. All good so far. However , I’ve been reading about PPC and its benefits but I’m wondering is there any point pursuing a ppc campaign for our site given that organic seo seems to have the site well ranked ?? Or is it the case of the more exposure the better ??
