What’s wrong with CPAlead?

Hello every one,
I have registered with CPAlead About one week and account approved, and after one week of making $$ and also buying from CPAlead Market Place, I don’t know happened to my account.

I really wonder about this, how could this happen and my account have been approved before!!
contacted them but no support!!
