Best Affiliate Company for Merchants

I was wondering if some one can suggest best affiliate program to advertise my website on. I’d like to advertise where you pay fixed amount or percentage per sale (not per clicks). I sell high cost items ($300+).
I’ve heard about www.affiliatebot.com I like that you can structure reward either way you like it(per sale/recurring/%), but a little worried about non refundable $400 deposit. Is anybody have experience with it?
