CPA Networks? How Do you promote a product?…

Hello.
I have a product I have developed on how to create multiply income streams.
I want to advertise this product on a CPA network? I’m not interested in becoming a publisher for any CPA network yet but just want people to help me generate more leads.
Can anyone with any experience help me on this matter?
Which CPA network is best or easiest to get started etc?…
