My infolinks account was approved, but the text link is not appearance on my website?

:confused:I have activated my infolinks account that you have sent to me on Dec, 18.
But till now I haven’t yet the infolinks text link.
I have already contacted to support@infolinks.com but no reply for five days.
Now I am using wordpress 3.0.3 and
using plugin of infolinks 2.9.12.
Tried to input infolinks script on my Footer.php above </body> html.
If false, what should I do now?
Whether my account is banned by infolinks without notification?
Please anyone help me as soon as possible. Thanks very much for all guys.:)
