Affiliate for proxy service

Hi guys, I hope this is the right place to post this question. I am looking for an affiliate that has a good proxy service (web cloaking, etc…) I am building a website for ex-pats so they can watch on-demand programming from the UK and elsewhere, and I would profit by directing them to purchase a proxy service that would enable them to get around the geo-restrictions of the UK on demand services.
