PPC View Bids?

Hey,
So I have read several articles and ebooks and currently reading one that I believei s a little older. I think the content so far is great, but it recommends using a "View Bids Tool" from overture/Yahoo Marketing page. Unfortunately that tool no longer exists even though I think it sounds and looks like a very helpful one. Is there any chance that a tool similar to this one is around?
