ISO Adult Affiliate Program

I may soon purchase a porn domain that could have as much as
10k visits per month. the domain has tons of backlinks in google,
so I am fairly sure the domain gets a good share of porn type traffic.
So I am looking for some type of Adult Affiliate Program
that can offer the following:
(1) Honest, pays, duh!
(2) Can offer website, mini site, or landing pages for quick setup.
(3) Pays on product sales.
(4) pays on recurring commissions
Any ideas?
