Cashillion UK Limited missing payments again

I know a lot of people on Digital Point have made complaints about Cashillion UK Limited and its managing director, Daniel Dalley before.
He was starting to make amends for his actions, he was paying on time and building himself a good reputation. But it appears hes slipped back into his old ways and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problems.
Cashillion UK Ltd own an affiliate network called Cashillion Connect. Its a couple of years old now and has some good campaigns, but the problem is when you’re due for a payment, they’re nearly always late or don’t arrive at all.
Daniel Dalley has recently come under fire from anti-spam activists who have accused him of sending large amounts of unsolicited emails which he has since spent hundreds of pounds trying to get threads in Google Groups bumped down the search rankings for the keyword Cashillion.
