PPC/CPM For Adult Sites + PayPal

Hey there,
Well, I’m just starting up a website with adult content, and so far on all my other websites I’ve just used Adsense, but for obvious reasons I can’t use it on my new site. So I’m looking for some adult PPC programs, and CPM would be even better, that pay with Paypal, sadly AdultFriendFinder doesn’t.
I just signed up for ExoClick , but reading other threads here, they seem to pay very low, I am however not sure if this applies to their adult section as well.
Any thoughts or ideas woul be very kind
