OpenX Market – shared experiences and help for OpenX source users

Days ago I installed OpenX Source on my servers. Connecting to OpenX Market only results in PSA ads displayed so far.
Anyone successful in actually getting OpenX Market payed ads displayed?
Any experiences from current times? Like how to be approved as publisher etc.
The OpenX forum seems unattended with several open important questions open since weeks or months.
Who among you is currently using OpenX source together with OpenX Market as ad source for real revenue?
Sharing CURRENT OpenX Market experiences are most welcome
