Fileserve DMCA?

Hi guys!
I just Uploaded Some Files on Fileserve These was the Visual Studio 2010! So they have Removed it due to copyrights But Visual studio 2010 is a trial version and i uploaded it as i downloaded from Microsoft’s site.How it can be illegal as i also post a thread in visual studio fourms that can i share It.They said yes i can share this with my friends.So i uploaded on fileserve!.To share with my friends.They are not being able to download this from microsoft site so i think to upload it on a file host to share with them.
Now they have removed my files also from "dmca removing files" Tab on the site what is this? will They take this illegal or legal?Now what are they going to do?
