Average CPM rate on Burst Media

Hello all,
Has anybody used Burst Media for CPM advertising? All reviews point about them being one of the top, but after some good googling, I still could not come across a recent discussion on their CPM rates. I think I can qualify for their Burst Direct program, but was wondering if they will offer something like $2-$3 CPM for a technology site..
PS: Just noticed there is no place to talk about CPM networks here on DP!
